• Damaged or Defective Product: If your order arrives visibly damaged or defective. (Proof such as photos must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.)
• Missing Items: If any product from your order is missing.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order. We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and contacting us immediately if you notice any issues.

2. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

• A refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

In some cases, we may offer store credit or product replacement as per customer preference.

3. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they haven’t been processed or dispatched.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
